Returns / Cancellations

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after this time. 

It is your responsibility to check the products upon delivery. 

To avoid uncertainty we request that notification of damages is made via email to sales@craftybarsupplies.co.uk. 

CANCELLATIONS

As all our products are made to order, it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. 

Once work has commenced on your order it will no longer be an option to cancel. 

If your order has not been commenced we can accept a cancellation though there may be a cancellation charge equivalent to any artwork services or additional charges already incurred by Crafty Bar Supplies Ltd.

RETURNS

As all our products are made to order, we will only accept the return of goods if they are damaged or faulty.

If the product arrives to you damaged or faulty in any way, this must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

To avoid uncertainty we request that notification is made via email to sales@craftybarsupplies.co.uk. 

Please ensure you keep all packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your order.
